Recess South Carolina brings people together for a golf and fishing retreat built around recreation, community, fellowship, and preventive health. Every participant receives free health testing as part of the experience.

Our Mission
Plan Ahead Foundation's mission is to inform, educate, and provide free health and clinical testing for Diabetes, Hypertension, Lipoprotein(a) (Lp(a)) and other health concerns by combining testing with sports, recreation, competition, and community experiences. We bring people together through events they love, creating opportunities for healthier lives, stronger families, and stronger communities.
